The Graduate Longitudinal Study New Zealand (GLSNZ) is the most comprehensive study of a country’s university graduates the world has ever seen.
About 8,700 final-year students from across New Zealand’s eight universities were surveyed in 2011 – and were resurveyed 2 years post-graduation in 2014 (further surveys will take place at 5 and 10 years’ post-graduation). Commissioned by Universities New Zealand and supported by government funding, the study aims to determine the ongoing impact of a tertiary education on graduates’ lives.
